    Monthly Plan Cancellation

    ₹499/month - Recurring Subscription

    Cancel Anytime: You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support.
    Access Until Period Ends: After cancellation, you'll continue to have full premium access until the end of your current billing period.
    No Partial Refunds: We do not provide refunds for unused days within a billing period. Your subscription will simply not renew.
    Resubscribe Anytime: You can resubscribe at any time to regain premium access.

    How to Cancel Your Monthly Subscription

    2. Go to your Dashboard → Account Settings
    3. Click on "Manage Subscription"
    4. Select "Cancel Subscription"
    5. Confirm your cancellation

    Lifetime Plan Refund Policy

    ₹19,999 - One-Time Payment

    Generally Non-Refundable: Due to the instant access nature of our digital service and the significant discount offered on lifetime plans, purchases are generally non-refundable.
    7-Day Technical Issue Exception: If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the service and we cannot resolve them, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
    Duplicate Payments: Accidental duplicate payments will be fully refunded.

    Upgrade Credits (Monthly to Lifetime)

    If you're currently on a Monthly plan and wish to upgrade to Lifetime, we offer a pro-rated discount based on your remaining subscription days:

    How Upgrade Credits Work

    • Your remaining days on the Monthly plan are calculated
    • A proportional discount is applied to the Lifetime plan price
    • Example: If you have 15 days remaining (₹249.50 value), your Lifetime upgrade would cost ₹19,749.50
    • The discount is automatically calculated at checkout

    How to Request a Refund

    If you believe you qualify for a refund, please contact our support team:

    What happens to my data after cancellation?

    Your grammar check history and account data are retained for 30 days after your subscription ends. After that, data may be deleted. You can request immediate data deletion by contacting support.

    Can I pause my monthly subscription instead of canceling?

    Currently, we don't offer a pause feature. You can cancel and resubscribe when you're ready to resume.

    Will I be charged after canceling?

    No. Once you cancel, your subscription will not renew and you will not be charged again unless you choose to resubscribe.
