    History & Significance

    According to mythology, it was during Pradosham time that Lord Shiva consumed the poison from the ocean churning. Worshipping Shiva during this time removes sins.

    Significance

    Considered one of the most powerful times for Shiva worship. Saturday Pradosham (Sani Pradosham) is especially significant.
